Effective immediately, we would like to inform you that SmartMLS and CTR forms are no longer available on our Agent Dashboard. All SmartMLS and CT Realtor forms can now be accessed through the SmartMLS Transaction Desk.
These forms are kept up-to-date and are easily fillable. To access them, simply log in to SmartMLS and click on the Transaction Desk icon.
We will maintain all Higgins Group forms on the Agent Dashboard. Dotloop remains our preferred program, and all forms from SmartMLS, CTR, and Higgins Group will continue to be available there.
Transaction Desk provides a range of resources to support you, including training sessions, webinar videos, and live support to address any questions you may have.

The paperwork is form fillable and must be download to your computer and saved before you fill out the paperwork. We suggest you label by property address and form name – this will help you when looking for paperwork.
